Automation & QA Team Leader with proven abilities to manage and deliver fast and efficiently all related QA aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Teams overall quality deliverables for any new functionality of products
Monitor Tests for existing and new features of products
Represent the QA discipline in a scrum team, create, review and execute manual test plans
Manage writing and reviewing STD/STP
Analyze and validate clients issues
Working in a fast paced agile environment
Optimizing the balance between manual and automated end-to-end test cases
Execute, analyze and maintain automated tests
Work closely with Developers, QA, Product and DevOps

At least 3 years of experience as a QA Team Leader, responsible for Manual and Automation aspects for enterprise products.
Experience in managing a team of 6-7 engineers, specializing in Manual QA and Automation (UI, API)
B.Sc. in Computer Science or other relevant fields
Experience in requirements analysis, test plan reviews and executions.
Experience with any of these programming languages: JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / Python / C#
At least 3 years of Hands-On experience with UI Automation frameworks and API level automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest)
Knowledge of common testing frameworks (Jira based)
Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL DBs
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills
Financial knowledge is an advantage
Experience with the Cucumber open-source tool supporting Behavior-Driven Development is an advantage
