Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Dynamics Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 On Prem to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, along with expertise in gathering complex requirements, creating detailed specifications, and working with database architectures. Requirements
At least two years of experience in analysis and specification of Microsoft Dynamics 365 On Prem.
In-depth training in system analysis (can be part of a degree or a standalone course).
Proven work experience in system analysis for at least three years.
Experience in web system analysis, including gathering complex requirements and writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
Strong understanding of database architecture and the ability to prepare ERDs.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries, especially at the JOIN level.
Understanding of operational processes in insurance and financial institutions is an advantage.
If the candidate has experience in management or cross-functional roles, they must be interested in focusing on system analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Teamwork experience is a plus.
