We're seeking a dynamic QA Team Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI products. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of Apollo and its applications.
**What You'll Do:**
- Lead the QA lifecycle for our Micro Expert system, from sourcing to evaluation and retention.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with our product vision.
- Guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects that blend software and operations.
- Design and conduct innovative, data-driven tests to quickly address critical questions.
- Streamline and enhance existing QA processes, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency.
- Manage bug identification, documentation, and resolution processes.
- Oversee thorough regression testing for resolved issues.
- Conduct comprehensive testing across mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to define and meet system requirements.
- Stay abreast of QA best practices and emerging trends in AI testing.

- A detail-oriented individual with a knack for identifying and solving complex issues.
**Requirements:**
- 2-3 years of manual testing experience.
- About 1 year of leadership experience in QA.
- Proven track record in writing and executing test cases, designs, and strategies.
- Proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with performance and/or security testing (a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with remote work and global team collaboration.
- Knowledge of QA automation techniques (a plus).
