Senior NPI Engineer, PCB

we are looking for a sharp, hands-on operations planner to lead the transition from design to mass production for printed circuit boards (PCBs). In this role, you'll start with building a clear and structured production plan, and from there guide internal teams and suppliers toward sourcing, pricing, and execution decisions.

What you'll be doing:
Build and own the mass production operational plan for PCBs
Drive supplier allocation, pricing, and sourcing based on the plan
Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor capacity, track performance, and identify risks early
Define and maintain KPIs for operational transparency and improvement.
