Product Design is at the core of making users succeed by providing the ultimate experience. As a Senior Product Designer for the new line of business, you will lead product design for a new AI-powered strategic product team, helping them to drive the vision for their user experience and build next growth engine. You will work cross functionally with product managers, engineers, content designers, developers, product marketing, marketing and support operations, to deliver exceptional product flows, features, visual concepts and more.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to define, design, and deliver a best-in-class user experience that will achieve our business objectives
Develop a deep understanding of our users by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
Map possible scenarios and create detailed product flows
Take ownership of the full design cycle, from collecting inspiration through conducting user research to creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios from development to delivery
Ensure consistency by adopting and applying design system
Promote winning ideas and decisions as a valuable member of our design team

5+ years of design experience at a product-focused tech company
Experience working on an early stage (0 to 1) product
Skilled at delivering end-to-end product workflows that cover multiple user scenarios and edge cases
Innovative problem solver with a passion for transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences
Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition with a keen sense of pixel-perfect design solutions
A highly independent team player who doesn't require hand-holding
Able to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires quick decision-making within a tight schedule
A high-level of spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Experience working on AI-powered products
Familiarity with and WordPress
Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design
