Were looking for a Financial Data Analyst to help shape decision-making across our pricing, budget planning, forecasting, and market strategy. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams- from finance to senior leadership- to turn data into actionable insights.

What you'll do:
Conduct a thorough analysis of financial results, KPIs, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Define, monitor, and communicate performance metrics through dashboards, reports, and clear insights to stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations beyond the numbers to support and execute business and strategic initiatives.
Lead projects and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, controls, and forecasting across units.
Conduct market and competitor benchmarking, and develop economic models and databases to support management decision-making.

3+ years of hands-on experience in an analytical role. Drive execution, initiate projects, and manage them from start to end.
Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA is an advantage.
Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Athena or BigQuery. Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling.
Strong technical capabilities, high-level Excel, including VB, and familiarity with BI tools.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points:
Participating in the design and implementation of AI or ML tools within financial processes i
Background in startups or fast-growth environments
Business or FinOps experience
Strong presentation skills
Introduced by a team member.
