Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory and field experiments.

Write, edit, and present technical reports and research documentation.
Manage professional tasks independently while collaborating closely with development teams.
Contribute to ideation, development pathways, and new technology initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics required.
~5 years of experience in engineering development and/or applied research.
Experience in avionics or ground-based systems advantage.
Knowledge/experience in aeromechanics advantage.
Proven experience with MATLAB & Python for data analysis.
Hands-on experience with measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, sensors, control systems)
Significant advantage: experience with flight TEST processes in avionics.
Strong system -level thinking, analytical skills, technological curiosity, and initiative.
