Product Solutions Lead

As the Product Solutions Lead , you'll bridge the gap between our platform's technical capabilities and the real-world business solutions our customers need. You'll be the authority on how solves specific enterprise challenges, translating our platform's capabilities into compelling solution narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers.

You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring our go-to-market teams can effectively communicate the value of Port-powered solutions while providing critical feedback to our product team about market needs and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert on solution offerings (Engineering Onboarding, Software Standards, Resource Self-Service, Release Management, Incident Management, Cloud Cost Optimization, etc.)
Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including technical guides and implementation patterns
Create and maintain solution demonstrations that showcase value in specific use cases
Conduct competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of market alternatives
Enable the sales team through training, documentation, and solution positioning
Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop solution-specific messaging and campaigns
Build and maintain the solutions section of website with compelling technical content
Provide structured feedback to the Product team on solution gaps and competitive challenges
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for strategic opportunities requiring deep solution expertise
