Senior Node.js Developer

We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer with strong backend orientation and deep JavaScript/browser expertise.
You should have a passion for scalable, infrastructure, and performance, along with a deep understanding of backend technologies and how they interact with the web.
Youll be involved in the full cycle of software development from ideation and design to implementation and deploymentwhile considering performance, observability, and reliability across the stack.
Role:
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to brainstorm and develop software solutions.
- Leverage your expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and browser internals to support performance optimization and debugging across the stack.
- Lead and contribute to projects involving Kubernetes (K8s), Pods, and containerized deployments.
- Work with Redis, OpenSearch, and AWS services (including S3 and CDN) to support data flow, storage, and delivery at scale.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Grafana, and contribute to observability and alerting strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
