The SW Group is looking for a Software Manager to join our team and take part in developing our complex in-house software platform. We work on both our current and next-generation platforms for metrology tools, and we believe in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create value and deliver innovative solutions through our partnerships.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead a growing group of ~16 engineers, including 2 team leads, organized in several Scrum teams.
Own the teams delivery: define work plans, manage capacity, support content grooming, and ensure timely convergence with project goals.
Support professional growth of team members, both in technical expertise and domain knowledge.
Drive strategic improvements in tools, processes, methodologies, coding standards, and code quality.
Serve as a key interface between the SW SA group and other disciplines (QA, system engineering, other SW groups).
Be an active part of the Tools SW groups leadership team, contributing to departmental-level initiatives.

Proven capability to drive agenda and change in your organization
Dedicated, self-motivated team player
Availability to fly abroad for short periods if needed.
English- High Level

Be able to translate complex concepts to co-workers of various background
