The key responsibilities include:
Act as the trusted commercial advisor to Head of SI Finance, overseeing all financial and commercial matters.
Ensuring adherence to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG) and local GAAP requirements.
Lead the planning and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Track and enhance financial performance, focusing on gross profit, cash flow, asset management, and financing instruments.
Provide support in contract administration, customer negotiations, and the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and resolve commercial challenges.
Present financial outcomes and key performance indicators to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related.
Manufacturing sector experience and exposure to general accounting and cost accounting preferred considered an asset.
Demonstrates excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Analytical and strategic thinker with solid eye for business.
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to balance attention to detail and strategic oversight.
