Build and manage sales pipeline, drive deals to close.
Develop sales/marketing strategies, materials, and event plans.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partner/agent relationships.
Recruit and scale a high-performing sales team.
Promote company products and services.
Oversee sales budget and monitor sales activities.
Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients.
Fitting in with the company and its culture.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Being willing to commit to the business for the long term.

Requirements:
10+ years in telecom billing, BSS, or related sales leadership.
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and partner channel development.
Strong regional networks in target markets (Eastern Europe an advantage).
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and sales execution skills.
