* Experience working in an Agile environment and managing implementation projects.
* Experience in writing RFPs and SOWs.
* Ability to manage independently, with initiative, responsibility, and the capability to drive teams forward.
* Direct and effective communication with business stakeholders and technical units.
* Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
