Requirements:
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience leading algorithm or AI-focused teams.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in LLM algorithm development.
Proficiency with advanced ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face, and Weights & Biases.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
