This role involves leading development of radar card-level testers, tools for our production line and anechoic chambers support, while working closely with radar system engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of ATE system and integration engineers
Develop ATE and calibration tools for radar systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ATE solutions to support production needs
The position is based in Netanya, with occasional travel required to the production facility in Beit Shean.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Advantage
Proven experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers for at least 5 years
Strong technical problem-solving and integration skills
Hands-on experience in leading multidisciplinary projects
Practical experience working with RF test equipment and ATE systems
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
