As a Senior/Director of Product Management, you will serve as a deep product thinker, focused on developing and shaping products that leverage large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI technologies. This position is not focused on coding but requires a deep technical understanding of AI to inform decision-making and product strategy. Youll be responsible for guiding the development of prototypes and products at the frontier of AI innovation, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.

You will collaborate closely with customers to build, iterate, and refine AI-powered product experiences. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that demands the ability to get into the weeds of both the product and customer needs, while leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation forward.

Your Impact:
Lead Product Strategy: At the intersection of observability and interoperability, you will play a key role in defining product vision and direction for AI-enabled features and capabilities. You will create and implement a vision which brings telemetry and observability to the full spectrum of multi-agent interactions utilizing MCP and A2A from within and beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.

Customer-Focused Innovation: Engage with select, high-profile customers to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered solutions. Work closely with customers to ensure products align with their evolving needs, helping drive product-market fit quickly.
Product Development and Prototyping: Oversee the development of AI products, working closely with AI researchers, data scientists, UX designers, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life. You will build scalable prototypes and help transition them from experimentation to full-scale R&D.
Strategic Experimentation: Create and manage a framework for strategic experimentation. This includes setting up rapid innovation cycles, validating hypotheses, and facilitating a smooth transition from prototypes to production-ready solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, data science, and UX to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster close relationships with internal stakeholders to keep all teams aligned on product goals.
Market Insight and Learning: Continuously learn from customers and the market to refine products and identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation. Drive product adjustments based on customer feedback and market trends.
Scale and Profitability: Ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also scale effectively and are aligned with business objectives, including profitability and operational feasibility.
