The Director of Project Management will lead a team of project managers, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all company projects from initiation to successful completion.
Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and alignment.
Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the companys high-quality standards.
Align project execution with strategic business objectives and corporate priorities.
Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to key stakeholders.
Oversee structured project closure processes, including documentation and lessons learned.
