we are looking for a skilled and driven Algorithm Team Lead to tackle real-world challenges using cutting-edge Computer Vision and Machine Learning techniques. Our work directly supports our companys mission to revolutionize autonomous driving and contribute to saving lives. Youll lead a fast-paced, hands-on team, contributing to the full development cyclefrom early research to deploying production-ready solutionswhile collaborating with teams across the organization.
What will your job look like:
Lead and mentor a team of algorithm developers focused on solving complex perception problems.
Drive the development and implementation of machine learning models for real-world automotive applications.
Focus on algorithmic development with a strong emphasis on Computer Vision and Image Processing.
Work with large-scale data to design, train, and evaluate deep learning models.
Program primarily in Python using modern tools and frameworks.
Research, prototype, and refine new ideas to address evolving perception challenges.
What will your job look like:

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
5+ years of experience in algorithm or model development.
Proven experience and passion for Computer Vision and Image Processing.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks advantage.
Experience with PySpark or working with big data advantage.
M.Sc. or Ph.D. advantage.
