We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA team lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers and take ownership of our entire Quality Assurance process, from strategy to execution.

You wiil:
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task delegation, providing feedback, and fostering professional development
- Build and implement a comprehensive TEST plan, defining methodologies and tools to improve the testing process
- Take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle, from manual and automation to performance and regression testing
- Work closely with dev and product teams to understand requirements, manage bugs, and ensure a high-quality product
- Create and maintain TEST documents ( STD, STP, STR) and analyze TEST results for data -driven decision-making

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least one year in a team lead or management role
- Knowledge and experience with SQL. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working with bug management systems like Jira
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong leadership, motivation, time management, and task delegation skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills
