we are seeking a brilliant Product Execution Manager to lead the execution of advanced algorithmic products Computer Vision, LiDAR, Radar, and Camera for global automotive partners and our companys internal AV development.
What will your job look like:
Responsibility for managing the executing Autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring the company meets its commitments to our clients.
Lead complex development projects from the requirements phase through to implementation.
Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams.
Work horizontally across internal teams (R&D, AV, REM) to unify and create a coherent product.
Create optimal connections between different interfaces that don't naturally communicate, to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently
Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
Managing debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the features within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.

Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
M.Sc.\MBA - Advantage
At least 3 years of experience in closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects.
Development background Advantage
Proven experience in customer-facing positions
Excellent communication and management skills
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
