As a Lead AI Engineer on the ValueEdge team, youll be at the forefront of building AI-powered enterprise solutions that transform how organizations work. Youll design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and integrate production-ready machine learning modelsincluding Large Language Models (LLMs)to deliver intelligent automation and actionable insights. Your work will directly influence the capabilities of a next-generation platform that drives value, efficiency, and innovation for businesses worldwide.
Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years as a backend/server-side engineer.
2+ years with Python.
1+ years of hands-on experience (and strong interest) in Machine Learning and LLMs.
Proven ability to build, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
Experience with SQL databases and backend data management.
Familiarity with Git workflows and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with Java Spring or Django is an advantage.
Mindset & Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaborative communicator, comfortable in agile, distributed teams.
Passion for clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
Proactive learner, staying up to date on AI/ML trends and tools.
Detail-oriented with a drive for quality and technical excellence.
