As an AI Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the orchestration of our most complex and strategic AI transformation initiatives, managing a team of project managers while ensuring flawless execution of cutting-edge AI solutions across enterprise clients. You'll be the strategic bridge between technical innovation and business outcomes, driving AI program success at unprecedented scale while building and mentoring the next generation of AI delivery leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
Coordinate between internal consulting teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting.
Ensure projects meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) based on project needs.
Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project delivery, with at least 3 years in a professional services environment (e.g., Big 4, system integrators, software houses).
Proven experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and matrixed teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
Fluent in Hebrew and English verbal and written.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business); Masters degree an advantage.
PMP / Agile certifications strong advantage.
Experience in delivering Data and AI-related projects a significant advantage.
