We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to the International Department
Responsibilities:
Providing domestic and international tax services and consulting to start-ups and companies in the high-tech sector
Ongoing support and advice in a variety of tax areas
Accompanying M&A transactions and IPOs
Advising companies throughout complex processes such as due diligence procedures and IPO readiness.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/law - a must
4-5 years of experience in the field of domestic and/or international taxation from a legal firm/CPA office/ITA - a must
Fluent English - a must
Writing and reading skills at a very high level.
