What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an AI-first creative leader with a strong performance mindset to own and scale our creative output for a U.S. consumer audience.
This role combines creative direction, systems thinking, and hands-on execution. You will lead the development of large-scale brand and performance campaigns — from concept to production — across TV, radio, websites, app experiences, CRM, and social platforms, while building a modern AI-powered creative organization.
You’ll be responsible not only for creative quality, but also for building the processes, workflows, and AI agent infrastructure that enable high-volume, high-impact creative production at scale.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the overall creative vision and execution across brand and performance marketing
Develop mass-market campaigns for U.S. audiences (TV, radio, social, website, app, and CRM channels)
Build and scale a high-output creative engine for paid and organic social media
Own creative direction across lifecycle touchpoints (landing pages, in-product experiences, emails, and notifications)
Design and implement AI-driven creative workflows and production pipelines
Establish, train, and manage AI agents for creative and production processes
Combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution
Ensure creative consistency and brand quality across all channels
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on campaign strategy
Analyze performance data and iterate creatives accordingly
Manage and mentor creative team members and external partners
Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting high production volume
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
7+ years of experience in B2C creative leadership within high-scale businesses
Proven experience building campaigns from concept to execution for mass audiences
Experience producing campaigns for TV and radio in the U.S. market
High-level English (native or near-native professional fluency)
Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools and workflows
Experience building scalable creative systems for social media performance marketing
Experience creating for websites, apps, and CRM/lifecycle campaigns
Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven creative
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Strong communication and people skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Working Conditions:
Collaborate closely with U.S. based teams and management
Continuous work on a computer.
Ability to work from home including a stable internet connection.
Occasional international travel to headquarter office in Los Angeles if necessary.
Work from office in Petach Tikva twice a week
