As part of Wolt’s continued expansion across Israel, we are looking for an area manager focused on the Arab sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building Wolt’s presence across key cities and communities, driving commercial growth, and strengthening our partnerships with local restaurants and businesses.
This is a high-impact, field-based role where you will represent Wolt on the ground, build meaningful local networks, open new service areas, and directly influence our success in the region.
What you’ll be doing
Market Expansion & Growth Leadership
Identify selection gaps in the market and bring the right partners to close them.
Explore and map the local market through fieldwork and available data.
Lead the opening and expansion of delivery areas in collaboration with regional operations teams.
Build a strong network of restaurant owners, business partners, and local stakeholders within the Arab sector.
New Partner Acquisition & Pipeline Management
Source, approach, and sign top restaurants and businesses to join Wolt.
Manage a structured pipeline of leads and actively pursue new commercial opportunities (hunter mentality).
Conduct high-frequency field meetings and represent Wolt professionally with existing and prospective partners.
Portfolio & Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurants and businesses in your area.
Maintain accurate and structured merchant data in CRM systems, ensuring clear visibility of segmentation, onboarding status, and service level commitment.
Own and monitor service and onboarding SLAs, proactively identifying risks, driving timely resolution, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent merchant experience.
Drive performance and revenue by consulting partners through data-driven insights.
Foster strong relationships and provide regular touchpoints—both in person and over the phone.
Re-negotiate terms, introduce new Wolt products, and support partners with operational needs.
Onboard, train, and coach new top-tier restaurants during their launch phase.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Merchant Services, Account Management, Finance, Analytics, and Operations.
Plan and execute local campaigns with partners in collaboration with the marketing team.
Support partners with quick on-site fixes such as device setup or replacements.
Align with internal commercial teams to achieve monthly city and area targets.
Our humble expectations
4+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development; field experience is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of the restaurant industry and business landscape in the Arab sector.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Experience working with dashboards (e.g., Looker) and CRM systems—a plus.
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to adapt your tone to different audiences.
Strong relationship builder with a natural ability to gain trust quickly.
Highly organized, structured, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and a passion for helping partners grow.
Languages
Native-level Arabic—required.
Fluent Hebrew & English—required.
