Description
Main Mission:
Lead and manage the materials and products analysis framework for development and engineering projects, to enable innovative product development while ensuring continuous, efficient manufacturing operations and supporting ongoing product improvement and optimization processes
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of laboratory activities, including task planning and tracking analyses from various global sites
Lead research and results analysis in the field of materials and support development projects
Manage a team of laboratory technicians, oversee daily activities, and monitor performance based on KPIs
Consolidate, summarize, and report laboratory results
Manage and operate outsourced services, including defining required analyses, analyzing results, and preparing reports for internal customers
Test new materials and products according to existing specifications and requirements
Provide ongoing raw material approval for Israels manufacturing sites
Manage, prioritize, and document laboratory tasks in the SAP system
Maintain continuous and effective communication with all interfaces locally and globally
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
Support investigation of manufacturing faults and customer complaints
Support development activities and plant laboratories across global manufacturing sites
Provide global professional consultancy in materials to internal stakeholders across sites and units
Oversee maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and consumables.
