We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Software Engineering Team Lead to guide and mentor our development team, drive technical excellence, and take an active role in shaping our product and architecture within the R&D organization.
What you'll do:
Lead one of our Scrum teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Automation).
Manage the development & operation of the companys key products.
Be responsible for the design & implementation process.
Make an impact in choosing new technologies and implementing new features.
Mentor new and existing team members in their professional growth.

4+ years of Team Lead experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Java \ Angular \ Typescript
Extensive experience with Relational Databases.
Experience with Cloud \ SaaS products.
Bonus:
Experience with AWS.
Experience with Redis, OpenSearch, MySql.
Experience with Docker (Containers, Images, Docker Compose).
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Experience with working with AI tools.
Requirements :
