We are a rapidly growing startup in Tel Aviv, that has raised $80M in the past six months, backed by some of the worlds leading venture capital funds
Were looking for our first in-house Tech Recruiter to build and lead our talent acquisition efforts as we scale

?What youll do
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for R&D and tech roles, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategy.
Build strong pipelines of top talent in a highly competitive market.

Requirements:
Significant experience in tech recruiting, ideally in fast-paced startups.
Strong advantage: background in cybersecurity hiring.
Proven expertise in sourcing top talent on LinkedIn and other platforms.
A self-starter, comfortable being the first recruiter and building processes from scratch.
