[looking for a Software TechLead! Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership to development teams and drive complex digital projects.
* Design and implement system architecture, develop and maintain applications using.NET, React, Angular, and NodeJS.
* Work with databases ( SQL server, MongoDB) and develop/consume RESTful services.
* Apply Agile methodologies and leverage tools such as JIRA, Source Control (Git/TFS), CI/CD (Jenkins), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with.NET ( C #/ ASP.NETgreenTxtBg!) and frontend development ( React, Angular).
* Proven experience with SQL server, MongoDB, NodeJS, and RESTful services.
* Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD, IIS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, coordinate across teams, and design software architecture.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and self-learning capabilities.
