Principal Excellence Operations & Strategic Planning

As a Principal in our companys Platform Excellence & Innovation team, you will be the bridge between vision and execution, shaping how we plan, operate, and deliver Product & Tech Excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, partnering with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our strategic goals translate into measurable results.
Youll combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution: designing frameworks, solving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring our teams in Product, Engineering, Data and more are set up to deliver at their best.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic planning of the Platform Excellence team: creating plans, defining priorities, OKRs and KPIs.
Design, document and embed operational excellence practices - from workflows and rituals to performance measurement systems that will allow us to do excellence and innovation at scale.
Spot and solve inefficiencies, leading cross-functional initiatives that accelerate execution and maximize impact.
Partner with senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs) to scope initiatives, secure resources, and ensure delivery against strategic goals.
Develop tools and dashboards that improve visibility, track progress, and inform better decision-making.
Own key operating rhythms such as initiative tracking, cross-Platform semi-annual/annual rituals etc.
