Role Overview:
As an BDR, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying high-quality leads in the international market, and building the foundation for our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, conduct market research, engage in outreach, and qualify prospects for further engagement by the sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in outreach, relationship-building, and strategic lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers in the global railway sector. Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) Craft personalized messaging and value propositions tailored to prospects needs Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives / VP of Business Development Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach performance Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
1-3 years experience as an BDR/ SDR, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing representative Must
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Must (additional languages a plus)
Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting Persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling rejection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
