For a new, fast growing, industry changing, large scale project, AT&T R&D Center Israel is looking for an exceptional and passionate Team Leader to join our management team.
The Team Lead will be part of a dynamic team that working in the network operations field.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

Conduct regular communication with our US business partners to align objectives and ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
Strong communication skills are mandatory.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
Minimum 5 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java
Practical experience with production systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies.
