We’re seeking a full-time Visual Content Curator to join our vibrant Visual Team at Tel Aviv. Wake up for this:
* Evaluate and curate footage and motion graphics from a global network of filmmaking contributors, with a sharp eye for both technical and visual quality.
* Stay on top of global video trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies
* Apply deep expertise across diverse visual genres, creative tools, and AI-based visual solutions.
* Curate collections that represent our platform’s vision and inspire our users.
* Research and analyze data and user behavior to identify catalog needs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to launch new projects, partnering with the product team to QA and optimize features
* Continuously develop new ideas to enhance the catalogs and experiment with fresh ways to present content.
* Work alongside the A&R team to engage with artists and spot the next generation of top filmmakers

* Updated Portfolio- A MUST!
* 3+ years of experience in the video industry, with a preference for Video Creators, Directors, or Creative Directors in content or advertising, and a portfolio of work with significant exposure.
* Strong grasp of Visual filmmaking concepts, photography, and editing, from pre-production to live execution.
* Professional knowledge of Footage, Motion Graphics, Animation, Templates, LUTs, and more.
* Impeccable taste, attention to detail, and an eclectic portfolio of work across mediums and styles.
* We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the tech industry, thriving in a tech-driven environment, and bringing that passion into every aspect of visual content curation.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in reviewing video content and providing feedback to artists.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, data access, or data analysis.
* Experience with Monday, Backoffice tools, Data tools, etc.
* Experience with AI video tools & ComfyUI is a plus.
* Experience as a contributor to a stock site.
