Delta Galil is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with strong financial acumen to drive organic growth across the company’s divisions and business units. This strategic role involves identifying and consolidating cross-organizational initiatives, fostering collaboration, and translating business opportunities into actionable growth plans. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote organic growth across business units.
* Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities with financial impact, including partnerships, operational efficiencies, and new business models.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with corporate strategy.
* Analyze financial data to support decision-making and assess the viability of new initiatives.
* Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to facilitate knowledge sharing and synergy across departments.
* Prepare and present business cases, including financial projects and ROI analysis.

* Proven experience in business development, strategy, or financial planning within a global organization.
* Strong financial orientation with the ability to interpret and leverage financial data.
* Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
* High level of presence, confidence, and interpersonal influence.
* Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
