We manage premium apartments, boutique hotels, and unique living experiences in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and we need someone who knows how to close deals, build relationships, and lead the entire sales process from start to finish.

Full-time, 5 days a week.
What Youll Be Doing:
Develop new business and acquire clients - work with companies, embassies, institutions, real estate agents, and NGOs.
Find potential tenants for stays of 1 month or more and build long-term partnerships.
Manage the entire leasing process - from first inquiry to contract signing.
Negotiate and secure optimal rental terms for the company.
Retain and grow client relationships - renewals, repeat deals, and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate internally - coordinate with operations, accounting, and marketing to keep deals moving.Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve closing rates.
