Were now expanding our technical team with a Motion Control Tech Lead, a senior expert who will define how our robot moves, performs, and interacts with its environment at the actuator level.
Responsibilities
Lead the definition and validation of motor control methodologies, spanning BLDC/PMSM motors, harmonic and planetary gears, and advanced drivers.
Design and execute structured tests to characterize performance -torque, speed, resolution, responsiveness, thermal behavior, and more.
Collaborate with Embedded and control teams to guide the implementation and tuning of FOC, PID, and impedance control loops.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in motor control systems, robotics performance testing, or motion system integration.
Deep hands-on experience with FOC, PID, and impedance control for BLDC/PMSM motors.
Familiarity with harmonic and planetary gear systems and how they impact control and sensing.
Proven ability to define and lead performance TEST plans from lab setup to interpretation.
Skilled in collaborating across domains Embedded software, electronics, mechanical, and AI/control teams.
Comfortable using lab tools to evaluate dynamic system behavior under load and in closed-loop motion.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering (or equivalent experience).
