What will you do?
Lead and manage technological IT and Security projects.
Define the project work plans.
Manage and maintain the project Gantt charts and timelines to ensure on-time successful delivery.
Track the work progress and alert on project risks and potential blockers.
Coordinate and integrate between various internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor and balance teams workloads to support productivity and efficiency.
Provide real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.

Requirements:
What you need:
IT or Information security background.
Strong ability to lead processes and collaborate with diverse teams in a complex work environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
Ability to learn independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
12 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
