The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Seed Processing Plant, managing approximately 40 employees across multiple operational domains. A core mission of the role is to ensure that production is executed efficiently, delivering the right volumes, at the right time, and at the expected quality standards to meet customer needs. This includes end-to-end responsibility for processing activities, logistics, planning, and continuous improvement, along with high-level oversight of plant maintenance. The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and full ownership of the plants budget and investment planning. The role requires strong managerial capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive efficiency and alignment across Hazeras supply chain.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of managerial experience in industrial or production operations, within a global environment with international interfaces.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, set objectives, manage performance, drive change, and build strong connections with employees on the ground.
Experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement processes
Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on data and performance metrics
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and investment management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across local and global interfaces
Hands-on, accountable, and proactive leadership style with a focus on results
