Manager, Student Exchange & Erasmus+ Mobility Programs Job Description Full management and operation of Reichman University’s Student Exchange Program, for both outgoing students studying abroad and incoming students leadership of Erasmus+ mobility programs for both students and faculty Ongoing communication and relationship management with partner universities in Israel and abroad, including agreements, updates, and implementation of new collaborations Management of information and communication with applicants and participants, in coordination with relevant Deans and administrative units Oversight of the maintenance and regular updates of the program’s website and digital presence Planning and execution of annual events such as the Outgoing Student Exchange information session, pre-departure session, and welcome activities for incoming students Participate in international conferences and visits to partner universities (approximately 1–2 times per year), with the scope and destinations varying annually according to institutional priorities and evolving needs Preparation of the annual work plan and implementation of strategic objectives Additional tasks as required by the unit Full-time position Start date: Position available immediately Bachelor’s degree - required; Master’s degree - an advantage Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing) Excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high service orientation and cultural sensitivity Proven experience in project management and teamwork · Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn, lead, and drive strategic processes in a dynamic environment
