About the role:

Ownership and accountability for the

recruitment process for local and global teams while

maintaining the best-in-class experience for all candidates

Take responsibility for the training & development efforts

Take part in developing our HR strategies & policies

Multi-task on various projects and initiatives

Be a trusted advisor to employees & stakeholders

Take care of employees’ experience activities

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, HR generalist- Must

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field- a Must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- a Must

Experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions in Israel and abroad- a Must

Experience in recruiting R&D, Product, Operations, customer success, Sales, QA- A must

Proactive, curious, and out-of-the-box thinker

Friendly personality, positive-minded with a solid work ethic

Collaborator and a team player
