Software Engineer

We are now looking for an outstanding, creative & hardworking engineer to join our team!You will be part of the Post Silicon SW Tool & Automation team in NVIDIA Networking Business Unit, a team responsible for the infrastructure, GUI tools and all SW related application of the high-speed communication products, and be working with other teams such as the circuit design, digital design, lab & firmware to ensure outstanding products and superb automated tools.What you’ll be doing:Develop software tools and infrastructure to control the hardware of NVIDIA products, with a focus on mixed-signal IPProvide first-line support for all team activities, including assisting customers with our toolsTrain customers on product usage and best practices to ensure they can effectively utilize our tools and infrastructureManage support requests from customers across various time zones, ensuring timely and effective communicationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles to assist customers in resolving common issuesWhat we need to see:B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a leading universityMinimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant fieldStrong knowledge of hardware, particularly SerDes and OpticsStrong understanding of Python programmingStrong problem-solving, debugging, and technical support skillsExperience with version control tools like GIT, as well as containerization technologies such as DockerWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in controlling and verifying complex SerDes systems, understanding mixed-signal designsKnowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patternsPrior experience in internal customer supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfactionNVIDIA has some of the most talented and forward-thinking individuals in the world working for us.
