Help Desk Support Specialist
Direct Reporting: Israel IT Manager
AirPort City TLV
Hours Sunday – Thursday 8.AM-5PM,
Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs and on-call option.
Job definition
Frontal and remote service for up to 500 users.
Resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Support for desktops/laptops.
Working with communication equipment.
Setup and maintenance of printers.
Installation of operating systems.
Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience in Help Desk or support roles.
Strong working knowledge of PC
Experience with Windows10, Active Directory, Office365.
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Fluent in English / Hebrew written and spoken
