What you will be doing

In this pivotal position, you will:

Manage all project phases, from initial scoping through to the triumphant launch, crafting an integrated work plan that encompasses design, development, configurations, and QA.
Integrate effectively with all stakeholders, including product owners, scrum masters, project managers, internal customers, the R&D and testing teams, IT, and external business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Demonstrate both technological and business acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of work processes within the organization, to drive projects forward.
Exercise matrix management across departments, coordinating efforts to align with the company's strategic priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, adeptly navigating constraints and frequent changes, while maintaining focus on goals and outcomes.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts, ensuring project resources are efficiently allocated and aligned with the project's trajectory.
Job Requierments

Who we are looking for

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a software project manager or release manager in a matrix environment, with a track record of steering complex technological projects on a global scale.
You have exceptional matrix management skills, including risk management, synchronization, and execution.
You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
You are self-motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.
You have a s strong interpersonal skills and a team player ethos.
You have a broad, systematic vision, excellent risk management abilities, and an appreciation for long-term implications.
You have high proficiency in managing several projects and tasks concurrently.
You have creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
You have End-to-End accountability and a commitment to impeccable execution standards.
You have a very good analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and devise effective solutions.

You Have a Major Advantage If

You have experience with scrum/agile methodologies.
You've worked in the online gaming industry, particularly in poker.
You have 2-3 years' experience as a developer or QA lead, giving you a unique insight into the technical nuances of our projects.
