Project Director - BHA (Program Manager II), JWBG

Job Summary:

As Project Director, you will provide overall leadership, management, and have responsibility for the BHA-funded Emergency Response project implemented by CRS with local partners, which includes activities in both Gaza and the West Bank. You will be responsible for the quality of programmatic implementation (including monitoring, evaluation, and learning) and administrative elements of the project . You are responsible for ensuring that project results are achieved on time and on budget, including adaptive program management strategy and decisions to meet the needs of the most vulnerable under a rapidly changing operational context in both Gaza and the West Bank.

CRS has been present in Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza (JWBG) since 1961. In JWBG, CRS currently has field offices in Jerusalem, Gaza, Ramallah, and Bethlehem. Since October 2023, CRS has focused on providing rapid and responsive life-saving cash assistance, food, shelter and settlements (S&S), water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and protection support to conflict-affected communities in Gaza and the West Bank to support families survive and begin to recover.
