QA Team Manager

Location: Jerusalem · Work Model: On-site · Team Size: [6–10] QA Engineers · Reports to: VP R&D Responsibilities • Hire, lead, mentor, and grow QA engineers • Define and implement overall QA test strategy for multidisciplinary products • Perform full functional tests of XXX devices • Analyze results and report issues • Build setups including power wiring and communication interfaces • 10+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with strong manual and automation experience • 3+ years leading QA teams (people management, hiring, coaching, delivery ownership) • Previous experience in testing and qualifying multidisciplinary products • Understanding electricity and electrical energy basics is an advantage • Practical knowledge of communication protocols– TCP/IP, Modbus, (more protocols – advantage) • Ethernet, Serial communications - hands-on experience • Proven experience in writing test documents • Jira, TestRail or other Quality Management Systems - hands-on experience • Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, more languages – advantage • Leader, Self-learner, team worker, creative, thrives on intellectual challenges
