R&D is seeking for a Full Stack Engineer ( backend Oriented). We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer ( backend Oriented), to Develop and maintain large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and optimization. A full time hybrid position, based in central Israel.
?Key Responsibilities:
* Experience with complex projects, performance optimization, and backend architecture.
* Ability to select the right cloud services, cost-efficiency, and real production experience.
* Ability to efficiently connect frontend with backend services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, and implement innovative cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in backend / Full Stack development, with a strong focus on Node.js
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS) including database services, compute resources, and API management.
* Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience building scalable containerized applications
* Strong command of SQL and NoSQL, with deep understanding of data management (preferably relational databases).
* Familiarity with frontend technologies ( HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React / Angular for integration purposes.
