About the Role
We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our development team and take part in designing and developing energy, power, and electrical propulsion systems for aircraft. Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of energy, power, and propulsion systems
- Conducting engineering analyses and creating system schematics
- Preparing technical specifications and overseeing sub-assembly development
- Writing TEST specifications, performing development experiments, measurements, and lab integrations
- Integration of systems into aircraft
- Preparing TEST result reports and certification documentation.

- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering mandatory
- Licensed electrician strong advantage
- Masters degree in engineering advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in developing systems, power supplies, propulsion systems, or similar fields mandatory
- Hands-on experience in laboratories and with measurement equipment mandatory
- Very high proficiency in English mandatory
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary systems strong advantage
- Experience in the field of aircraft systems, military systems, or energy sources advantage
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as MATLAB, ORCAD advantage
- Experience working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad advantage
- Strong professional and personal independence, ability to learn quickly, lead engineering development projects, and work with internal and external customers.
