Were looking for a Backend Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in designing and optimizing scalable backend architecture. If you love solving complex challenges, balancing practicality with innovation, and want to work on cutting-edge AI technologywed love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Solve complex architectural and product challenges across the stack.
Work cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability using best practices in backend development.

Requirements:
3+ years of backend development experience with large-scale, complex systems.
Strong programming skills in Node.js/TypeScript and Python (must-have).
Experience with NestJS, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, Kubernetes).
Deep understanding of scalable software design, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; performance tuning experience is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
