Talent Acquisition Partner ( Go To Market)

Were looking for a creative, people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations. Youll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and use smart tools to find great people. we move fast, think big, and care deeply about our people. As part of our HR team, youll help shape our growth building not just roles, but the culture behind them.

Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing

Own the full lifecycle of the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive hiring decisions
Build and execute sourcing strategies across Sales, Marketing, CS, BizOps, and more
Maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
Deliver an exceptional, personalized candidate experience at every stage
Track data, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve funnel performance
Contribute to employer branding and creative talent marketing initiatives
Integrate AI and automation tools into your sourcing and workflows
