We are looking for a hands-on R&D Lead to lead our elite team of 7 Full-Stack developers, shaping the future of our platform as we enter a critical phase of scale, automation, and AI-native transformation. Were seeking someone who codes, architects, and deploys alongside the team, while bringing strong technical vision, mentoring, and a strategic eye for long-term innovation.
What you will be doing:
* Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization
* Drive an AI-first development strategy across the entire R&D roadmap
* Own architectural decisions and long-term tech strategy
* Represent engineering in executive forums and roadmap planning
* Operate as a player-coach, contribute to coding, reviews, deployment architecture
* Ensure efficient CI/CD, quality, performance, and resilience in production systems
* Mentor engineers, elevate technical bar, and grow leadership within the team

Requirements:
What YOU Bring:
* Proven experience as Head of Engineering, R&D Lead, or senior engineering leader in a fast-paced, cloud-native product company
* Deep hands-on expertise in frontend / backend (we use JAVA & Flutter), and the ability to context-switch across frontend / backend
* AWS practitioner ideally with experience across compute, networking, security, serverless, and data streaming
* Passionate about clean architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, observability, and scale
* Excellent communicator and team builder with a bias toward delivery Its an advantage if you have:
* Experience with edge computing, EV infrastructure, or IoT platforms
* Track record of leading teams through 10x scale-up phases Why Join Us
